Telford Council is seeking expressions of interest in a lease of Telford Tennis Centre. Located within the grounds of Oakengates Leisure Centre, Telford Tennis Centre is the perfect place for a game of indoor or outdoor Tennis in our state of the art Tennis Centre. The Centre consists of four indoor acrylic courts with viewing gallery, four outdoor floodlit all-weather courts with viewing and refreshments area and reception/office accommodation.
The centre is to be used for Tennis and other Lawn Tennis Association (LTA) approved racquet sports including Padel Tennis and Pickleball only. Under the terms of the lease the tenant would be required to provide a minimum of two outdoor covered, sports lit, Padel courts either by extending the current outdoor Tennis court area or developing on one of more of the outdoor Tennis courts.
This is an exciting opportunity to manage the facility and develop Tennis and other racquet sports in Telford.
